If you are a new resident, Welcome to the Village of Spring Valley. Setting up a new water/sewer account is easy. Just contact the village office and let us know you are new in town. Please have ready the service address, phone number, and date you plan on moving in. Meters are read at the end of each quarter and bills are sent out the first week of the following month.
