DO NOT WAIT TO REGISTER OR REQUEST AN ABSENTEE BALLOT!!  Open registration ends on October 19, 2022 for the General Election.  The easiest way to register is by going to myvote.wi.gov  (see link below)  You can also submit forms via US mail, email (clerk@vi.springvalley.wi.gov) or drop off completed forms outside the village main door.  After those dates you must register in person, in the clerk’s office and be issued a Certificate of Registration or register on election day which will take approximately 1/2 hour to process before you even get in the election room to vote.

No one registers or votes in clerk’s office on Monday before an election

myvote.wi.gov  is the website that will tell you where you vote and if you’re registered.  You can also register from this site and request an absentee ballot.  You should be able to upload your photo ID from here as well.
